Terms & Conditions – Jaguar Rent Delhi
Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a luxury car with Jaguar Rent Delhi. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment

Advance booking is required for all rentals.

A minimum 25–50% advance payment is mandatory to confirm the booking.

Remaining payment must be completed before or at the time of car dispatch.
-
Accepted payment modes: UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash, or Online Payment Gateways.
2. Identification & Verification
-
Valid Government ID proof (Aadhar, Driving License, Passport, etc.) must be provided at the time of booking.

In case of corporate bookings, company ID and authorization letter may be required.
3. Usage Policy
-
Vehicles are provided strictly for the purpose specified at the time of booking (wedding, shoot, transfer, etc.).

The renter is not permitted to drive the vehicle unless prior approval and documents are submitted.

Smoking, alcohol consumption, or any illegal activity inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
4. Chauffeur Policy

All rentals are chauffeur-driven.

Chauffeurs are trained, uniformed, and expected to provide courteous service.

Any misconduct by the passenger may result in termination of service without refund.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
-
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental will receive a partial refund (after deducting admin charges).

No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental time.

In case of cancellation by the company (due to unavoidable reasons), a full refund will be issued.
6. Vehicle Condition
-
All vehicles are dispatched in clean, polished, and fully operational condition.

In case of any mechanical issue or emergency, a replacement vehicle will be provided subject to availability.

Damages caused by the client or their guests will be chargeable.
7. Rental Duration & Delays
-
Rental is based on the package duration (hourly or daily) as agreed during booking.
-
Extra charges will apply for extended usage or delays beyond the agreed time.
-
Waiting time due to customer delay will be counted as rental time.
8. Jurisdiction
-
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
